Pros

You get to work in a real work setting setting

Cons

TL;DR: The work is messy and communication is all over the place. You might want to read actually. Internal system: Working forum is hard to navigate (but that is not the main part) Heavy requirements: If you do fullfill the quality work, it doesn't truly define what quality work is (basically work until you satisfied and if not your efforts won't be counted). They ask you to work for 500 hundred hours+ for free and also you don't get a speak if you are sick. (They can raise your working hours as of a sudden so be aware). They also don't care much about your health but 40 minimum hours of works per week so you pretty much don't get a day off except for Sat and Sun. But if you don't work during the weekend then I bet you can't finish this internship anytime soon. Poor Management: They ask you to give questions when you don't understand. Unfortunately, you don't get to know the answers if asked. They tell you to find the answers they had in their forum, which don't even exist. Some requirements are hidden until they brought them and they blamed you for not asking or understanding when they keep their mouths shut. Poor communication & unclear objectives: They said A. A does not exist. They give the link but might not tell what the link does. It might be there not for fun but can you tell us is it actually what we need to solve? Sometimes A indicated in the report might not be found through the link. If the link exists, it exists as B, you have to follow B (not A) unfortunately. Absurd insults: They ask you to accept their insults. But their insults are unacceptable. This is really bad for your mentality so consider it badly before joining. Mild work experience: The starting point might be great since they have some good tutorials on Youtube. You can search for CS50x and start from there. Don't come to this one for it. Once you start, their 80% of the jobs will be front-end related, you mostly will deal with HTML, CSS and some Wordpress. Their codes were poorly maintained that you will see division hell in it (They don't really use flexbox or anything). The tasks take a lot of time since you will self-learn to solve them. But they will always say that no company takes that much time to teach you these skills. As I said if you truly want to learn then go to CS50x on Youtube. The vids are free and go for other startups or companies that actually value your learning and contributions. Superior dictatorship: They tell you to always listen to them as if they are right when they are wrong many times. They are also less likely to say sorry but ignore their problem. They solve the problem by just letting something there for now and they ask you to redo it later (even though it might seem to be so desperate sometimes). Their system is so poorly maintained that they always blamed for the AI blocking and messing up their gigs. Overall, I don't recommend interning at Nolymit unless you desperately don't have any place to go. There are tons of other amazing startups on Wellfound that can help you better than this startup. They are illusional about their students' or interns' achievements (some huge big techs) as well. The students achieved this with only brandname of an US company nothing more. They worked other sides and put some extra special bullets on their resumes that you will never find in this job. (I can't tell since this makes the differences between a big tech resume and a lowball startup resume)
