      Pet friendly office and discount on pet food. You get to witness the food safety and quality measures that go into every morsel of food. Building top notch training delivery- no more boring powerpoints! Fast growing company- allows for personal growth and development and processes and programs are built and implemented.

      Cons

      Fast growing company- nothing stays the same. Must be willing to be flexible and learn new ways of doing things!

      The pay isn’t bad depending on your location

      If you want to move up in management, start plotting like I did to steal their job or you’ll forever be stuck at the bottom. It’s a failing business with a turnover rate so high Snoop Dogg would be jealous, three more years tops
