The people you work with are amazing. Everyone is hardworking and kind, and tend to understand we're all working to one shared goal. You get your hands on a lot of opportunities you would not otherwise get with other companies.

While the C-Suite workers are kind as well, their business strategies seem all over the place. There's very little feedback that is taken seriously with the struggles that operations face during the day-to-day, that many within the company believe could have vitally changed the outcome of this company flipping from staffing to SaaS.
