- Pay is way below average for positions - No room for advancement. Performance reviews and feedback are not provided. - Most people are expected to do the work of multiple employees. - High turnover (especially in sales) - OSHA issues - FDA issues - Treat a majority of their customers poorly - Management does not listen to others ideas...rather they trash them and if they truly like the idea, they come up with it a few weeks later and pass it off as their own. - Employees are not reprimanded for poor behavior or work. Sometimes they are even rewarded for these things. - Poor benefits - No support from management or HR when issues arise - Poor communication - Dishonesty - Greedy owners...they pay minimum wages for the work they expect to be done, then sit in their lavish offices complaining about how their "help" (gardeners, nannies, etc) were not taking care of their mansion the right way)
