Pros
Remote. Flexible schedule. Team work is great. Has benefits and company perks. Great if you just need a job.
Cons
Started off fun, innovative and challenging, but now it's too "corporate". Lacks any pathway out, so it's kind of a dead-end position unless you want something out of support, and those positions are far in-between. Toxic positivity culture. Management seems to not have any direction so things are constantly changing. Product went from losing weight naturally to pills. Wasn't a fan of that.
