Pros
The people that work there are nice and became true friends. The commute was fine. The building was nice. Free water? Sometimes beer at holiday parties.
Cons
The pay is low. There is no advancement. They keep piling more work on you and expect the world from you. There really is no work-life balance either. Owners don't truly care about you and they charge people's credit cards without asking the customer if they are overdue on a bill. The robo-dial cell phones which is illegal, so if you ever get a call, report them, you are entitled to up to $1500 per call. They don't follow rules. Everything is an emergency and everything always needs to be "looked at". Multiple meetings multiple times a week which can include up to 10 people at one time.
