Pros
- Being a part of a business that is at the forefront of Nootropics research & development - Educational experience on biology, chemistry & neurology - Being a part of a business that is constantly growing - You often get to listen to music/watch videos as you work - Very friendly and cool staff to work with - Good pay rate with opportunities to make more as you provide more value to the business and as we do better financially as a business as a whole - Incredibly generous amounts of PTO & Sick leave - Our CEO's/managers care about your well-being, mental state, and work-life balance and check on everyone daily to see if there's anything they need - Opportunities to travel around the world and meet incredibly influential people in the health, wellness, and even entertainment worlds
Cons
- No insurance benefits as of yet (although that will most likely change at the end of this year or early next year). This is simply due to less than expected & required sales at this time that our marketing team is working tirelessly to resolve right now - Still many systems we are still in the process of refining that you will have to adjust to and assist with improving - Working here is a huge responsibility not everyone can handle (you are making and shipping something someone will consume and is trusting that you are making it correctly & using proper safety & sanitary procedures) - Levels of workload constantly fluctuate (some weeks there are very few sales and some weeks we are swamped with work to do)
