      Esop, they sent us home during covid.

      Cons

      Never upheld raise promises, never answered questions. Managers totally unreachable. Called remote workers back into office when they couldn't fit everyone for fun. Made people desk share ect

      Sometimes your given projects without direction and just have to figure it out.

      Work outside and on the water. Pay is decent

      Cons

      Bosses like to micromanage, you work in a hot or cold engine room a lot, the hours can be really bad
