No pros except for maybe a decent pay, until one realise that the company does not give meaningful raises nor any bonus
Cons
1) Constant micromanagement from management and political environment 2) No career growth nor training provided 3) Constant fear of being laid off or termination 4) KPI for bonus is unachievable 5) Local management have no decision making authority 6) Health benefits are lacking
