      Nice colleagues. Work and business area are very interesting

      Cons

      Lack of coherent strategy. Company split in two , but management trying to run as one company - internal politics and fiefdoms and them & us culture. All key decisions taken in Norway. Getting whipped by German competitor

      As a heavily regulated European sector, feature development can move quite slowly, which leads to slower but also safer iteration
