      Pros

      Good hourly pay, per diem, and good hotels some of the guys are good and some of them are lazy.

      Cons

      Don’t have a set schedule you will be gone for months at a time and won’t be able to go home unless you use your personal PTO time. Some of the managers are to lazy to even run the equipment and except the field guys to do all the work.

      Pros

      Interesting and unique equipment. Engineers get to work a very wide range of systems and different types of components. Get to be hands on with the final product.

      Cons

      Multiple departments have been too lean for many years. Projects continue to be added, but no additional people to work on them.
