Complete joke of a company - Carpenter Norhart Employee Review

3 years ago when hired, I fell in love with this company. I drank the kool-aid, and a lot of it. I even wrote a glowing review and encouraged my team to do the same. That changed when the owner and leadership could nor live up to its own standards and mission statement. The Pro's: Mike K can really sell a vision and string employees along. But Mike and senior management cannot deliver. To the tune of $30 million wasted on reckless decisions. There is a fine line of being a visionary and being reckless. I hate when companies experiment building buildings.

Week to week, month to month was choas and putting out fires. I'm surprised the MN DOLI or OSHA has not intervened in their experiment of a building in Oakdale. To make matters worse in their desperation for cash they developed Norhart Invest. I had high hopes for this company and witnessed a lot of great outstanding talent leave. If you want to be under appreciated, your expertise and experience ignored, this is your place. I had high hopes and expectations for Norhart, but their survival is on the line.
