Pros
The junior staff and some senior staff are excellent people, however you are never sure how long they will stick around since the turnover rate is very high here
Cons
The leadership here is abysmal, there is a serious issue with sexism, lack of diversity, and favoritism. Have heard from several people (and have experienced) that it is a “boys club”. They preach about how they love to look after their employees but in reality it’s their bottom line and the people at the top who are protected and prioritized. Be careful working here because they hire to fill a need and once that need is met/ finished they will quietly try to push you out or just straight up fire you for “economic reasons”. Very high turnover rate. Issue with every event being alcohol related and people who drink more with the bosses tend to become the “favorites”.
