      Lots of OT, Very good hours.

      Cons

      Upper management is out right horrible, they all have their head in the sand. if you're not in the inner circle ...they will bad mouth you until you either quit from harassments or leaders fire you from hear say.

      Not a lot of opportunities to move up in the company and in raises. No opportunities for bonuses.
