I am excited that you have been with NAB for more than two years so you have seen first hand the changes and positive transitions we have made in the area of culture, BELONGING, flexibility, benefits, training, internal communications and collaborative problem solving. We have made every effort to benchmark and pay market for our talent, but the bar is rising on compensation faster than we can address it. I am very happy to share that we just recently made significant market adjustments for our data science and engineering groups and continue to look at other key talent to ensure we are paying appropriately for the great talent we have at NAB.
