Our platform includes our fantastic training program, business, and sales advice from our business advisors, technology support and access, and unlimited prequalified leads. Regarding your comment about having to make outbound calls, this must have been a misunderstanding during your recruitment process. The agent must first complete their training program before they are provided with live transfers from the marketing department. Our training includes agents making these outbound calls, to learn proper techniques, and how to handle a client on the phone. Thank you for your advice on ways to improve our training program.
