      Pros

      If you live in Solano County there are position opportunities that put you close to home. If you make your voice heard, most managers I have interacted with will do what they can to meet the need.

      Cons

      It often feels like projects and changes happen faster than they resulting in a lack of proper planning and execution. Management does not appear to have the additional support and resources needed, therefore spreading themselves thin.
