Pros

Great teamwork model of Anesthesiologists and Nurse Anesthetists working together to provide better care. Lots of new hospital customers being added every month, so the rapid growth creates lots of opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Dynamic leaders and lots of learning opportunities Big focus on improving patient care and efficiency

Cons

Rapid growth means adapting to new processes and new people. If you're not up for playing a part in making things better, this is probably not for you. Hospital administrators want better service for lower cost. NorthStar does its best to make that happen, but sometimes challenging to meet all the customer expectations.
