They lie to their employees. Blatant favouritism runs rampant. Very low pay compared to industry standards. They are trying to run the company too lean so people are overworked. For most people working there it is a dead end job with little to no room for advancement. Their mission statement "To create greater good for their customers and business partners" is a complete joke as their actions are only to create greater good for Northbridge.
