None really stood out from my experience.

The environment felt very poorly managed, with heavy micromanagement of faculty and an excessive amount of administrative work. Student engagement level felt low, with a lack of effort from many students and frequent challenges around discipline and respect in the classroom. The setup felt disorganised and more focused on numbers than quality education.
