      My co-workers were all great.

      Cons

      Part time pay is not enough to live on and it’s frowned upon to have a second part time job. Managers scrutinize your every move. Expected to perform complex financial services (lending) with next to no on the job training. As part time I worked every Saturday. They say they are not like the big banks but they’re just as bad if not worse. Pretentious company.

      Work from home, technology, helping people

      Cons

      A lot of meetings listening to people who like to talk. CEO is arrogant. Say they want you to speak up but if it’s not what they want to hear then it’s not accepted. Nepotism runs wild. Family in leadership positions without any qualifications.
