      Pros

      I love the people I work with, I love my team, and most importantly I love my work!

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic, and very hierarchical, which can be expected in a large uniformed structured organisation. Some departments work as islands, rather than part of the whole organisation, and communication from top down could be better.
