Pros

Its a place that you can easily gain work experience as there's lots to learn. Employees here often described it as a "stepping stool" to better things.

Cons

Minimum wage for extremely hard work, non unionized so you have no real form of job security. Management does seasonal layoffs on a yearly basis, that they neglect to plan for so they don't put their valued employees out financially. Little to no reprimand or punishment for sexual harassment in the workplace, there aren't any cameras inside the shop so its just a "she said/he said" situation every time.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Incredibly toxic, demoralizing and unsupportive environment. Upper management has recently put in to place requirements that are pure discrimination. They don't care about their employees, hence why it is a revolving door. They keep adding more job duties but don't provide proper compensations and no increase in pay.

The platform and tools are generally good and easy to use.

Cons

In my experience, there were concerns around workplace culture, lack of clear boundaries and transparency, and inconsistent management practices. Compensation was also not aligned with expectations.
