Lacking diversity and inclusion - Anonymous employee Northern State University Employee Review

The diversity and inclusion is extremely lacking. Administration is reactive instead of proactive, and the university often participates in ethically questionable practices in regards to hiring and retention. Many of the coworker relationships are toxic because of the small size of the campus.
