      Pros

      The benefits package is nice- no one else has a pension program like theirs and they pay more than another healthcare system in GA that I used to work at.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Incompetent, non-experienced managers. My manager has even said that she just wants to hire people that won't give her any lip or attitude. She has turned away good qualified employees for ones with zero experience because she likes to have full control.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
