Pros
Great pay. Close nit culture of family. Management address issues promptly.
Cons
Supervisor praises in private (rarely) and corrects in public. It's very humiliating for the target. The profanity level has improved thanks to management but still needs work. For those of us that don't smoke we miss out on all the breaks that the smokers get. There tends to be perverted conversation. You have to find a way to break free from the room. If someone has no problem with these things they'll be fine.
