Full time work. Benefits package.

Cons

No support for Secretarial staff. Some staff ie Nurses and above create an uncomfortable environment for work, by not responding or respecting the role of the Secretary for their unit. Questions are over looked, information is withheld and makes for difficulty in supporting the unit and patients.

A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
