Good Pay, But Poor Management Led to Bankruptcy - Manufacturing Associate Northvolt Employee Review

I worked at Northvolt for a while and was generally satisfied with my experience. The salary was competitive and fair, and the benefits were decent. However, despite these positives, the company's management left a lot to be desired. It was clear that poor decisions and lack of strategic direction ultimately led to Northvolt's bankruptcy. It’s frustrating when a company with such potential gets derailed by leadership issues. While I appreciated my colleagues and the opportunities I had to grow professionally, the uncertainty and final downfall were hard to ignore. I would have loved to see the company succeed, but unfortunately, the mismanagement made that impossible.
