Micromanaging. All about performance performance performance. numbers numbers numbers. I understand these affect the company as a whole but throwing an employee in right away with little training and knowledge does not help. All they want is for people to be on the phones and take calls. Coaches and leadership do what they can, and what they are allowed, but in the end higher up management needs to handle training better. They hire 3-4 groups a year of 50+ people, and have such a high turnover rate due to people not feeling confident in the job, due to not being trained effectively.
