      None, it's literally all a scam.

      Cons

      It's a huge waste of time. They don't tell you in the interview that it's all door to door sales. They promise a sign on bonus and never deliver on it. They won't pay you for 3 weeks, and that's if you manage to get a sale. They'll send you to areas where it's literally impossible to do so and you'll have a gun pointed at you and told that you don't belong in that area by at least 5 residents. If your boss gets paid from your commission and is therefore incentivized to hire more people under them for that purpose, then it's a scheme. It sounds too good to be true because it is.

      My apologies that you had a bad experience. We certainly aren't a scam. We wouldn't be able to work with the clientele that we do if we were. While residential is one of our medians of marketing we no longer do any residential campaigns. Our main focus now is working with international nonprofit organizations. Typically this is in event or retail settings. As far as pay goes, there is a 2 week delay in pay as there is at most organizations, however, after employees are paid weekly.       If you are starting out entry level, this could be the start for you.

      It’s never a bad idea to build your resume, especially if Nory and Partners is hiring you. They will hire anyone with zero credibility, so a good attitude and work ethic can get you hired.. unfortunately good behavior won’t pay your bills, but the ceo your making money for has no interest in his employees on the frontline. When you have some customers cancel their services. Be aware they advertise they are expanding, if they do ask them to articulate more about where they are expanding and how exactly YOU will fufill their “role” they claim for you. Also understand this is a 3rd party company, the budget is tighter than Americans debt of negative 22.2 trillion. This means if you go 2 weeks with 5 sales and only 2 transactions go through, have fun making less than 10$ an hour, when nory and partners expects you to “drive to the field” absolutely no gas Compensation whatsoever.

      While we appreciate all feedback we cannot let what is stated go unattested. We have a three part interviewing process to make sure that we are as transparent as possible before anyone starts with our organization. You may have had a bad experience, but there is no reason to lie about the pay structure. We have no one that works off of strictly commission. We also don't have any clients that do "door to door" sales. All of our organizations that we represent we represent in indoor settings.
