Top heavy with partners, inability to hire/keep long term employees. Salaries have decreased among staff. In the past, the firm paid fully for parking; once fully paid parking was abandoned, the firm provided a parking allowance of $150 per month. The $150 amount was then deceased to $125. Most recently, the attorneys and associates received fully paid parking; staff, on the other hand, was give a $5 increase for a total parking allowance of $130. Try to find parking in downtown L.A. for $130 per month. Both longevity and yearly bonuses where provided yearly; longevity bonuses are now given in five year increments. Yearly bonuses do continue.
