Where do I start? Leadership lack of transparency, many open territories with no plans to fill positions. More work for TAMs kinda near open territories to cover, Micromanage everything, everything is based on a report. bonus- they have made it impossible to achieve. But of course management gets a bonus. VERY POOR CRM....poor quarterly goal structure.
