      Pay Is quite good, vans are decent

      Cons

      Staff not valued, management bully staff, no support from company HR, complaints against management ignored. Overtime not paid, expenses not reimbursed. Punished for being ill. No sick pay. Constantly micro managed.

      4 on 4 off, good management that care about you finishing on time, very secure vans etc

      Long shifts and 1 man crew security is something a lot of people don’t lime
