      Pros

      Colleagues of the company are very helpful & supportive, especially the CEO of NEM. Best place for learning new things. The work culture is amazing. Combination of work & fun. Lots of opportunities are available if you are interested in grabbing them.

      Need to come up with benefits & perks. Rest is fine.
