While some employees may have a better experience under supportive line managers, these are exceptions rather than the norm. The company appears eager to position itself as a global organization - meaning look less Chinese, (It's difficult to deny their Chinese roots if all co-founders are Chinese and massive presence in China.) yet the culture does not consistently promote diversity, inclusion, or merit-based advancement.
