-Great product and leadership (Outside of GTM) -Good work/life balance -Working with talented people

-The sales org was extremely toxic when I was there. PIP culture and unfair treatment of reps. From what I've heard they removed many of the leaders in the sales org who were contributing to the toxic culture during my employment.
