As a receiver/Shipper, you’re expected to do everyone else’s job, also doing the most labor out of everyone in the warehouse, all for under 16 dollars per hour, then having the audacity to say we’re “The in’s and out’s of the company” and “Shipping/Receiving Department makes the company run” They also say the pay is due to being a “lenient” company, when that is the furthest from the truth as every minute of the day they’re either watching cameras, or complaining to your supervisor over your every mistake, all while never talking to you directly about it. Also, If you want to work 1st, be prepared to work for 2 shifts because night shift doesn’t do anything since their supervisor is the department managers brother and they get away with it with ease. 1st shift gets blamed for every screw up. The upper management also will freely terminate you for any mistake you make without warning. They will also fire you for being on your phone for a minute, which would usually be understandable to not want phones in the workplace, however, all of management is constantly on their phones on the floor, walking and texting, etc. This has genuinely been the worst job i’ve ever stepped foot in, and if I could advise you, please do not apply for this company.
