1) 6 months Probation for any experienced Candidate. 2) Privileged Leaves Will be blocked for every employee during Probation Period and only Sick Leaves will be released. 3) Irrespective of your hard work, After Probation period, Confirmation will not be done and employee has to do multiple follow ups with Reporting Manager and HR's and they won't respond on time. 4) Management expects a Employee has to do multiple roles (BA,SM,PM,Program Management) in a Project, If Employee Say No to multiple roles they threaten you and will be kept in PIP and there will not be any Leaves approved. 5) Insurance coverage is 3 L only for Employee, Spouse and family, For additional top-up high premium will be deducted in the salary. 6) No Appraisals for initial 2 years. 7) Appraisal will happen after 3 year of service and they provided not more than 10%. 8) No Work Life Balance 9) There is a 3 year bond with 2.4L amount to be signed for Freshers 10) There will be no option of WFH 11) All Upper and Middle Management are Egotistic Mentality. 12) All are Small projects with 3 months of Duration only 13) Once the project is done, Employee should be ready to give many client interviews to get a project, if employees fails in any interview management will ask to put a resign. 14) Finally Avoid this worst Company

The other contractors they hire are great people and hard workers.

Cons

Red flags everywhere. Illegal time sheet modifications. They micromanage while you are working on client projects. Questionable business ethics in that they have contractors with clients also hold management positions internally. Overtime is paid to those in the management position and not the contractor earning the pay. This company should seriously be investigated for federal labor act violations.
