      Great benefits, a company that really cares about it's employees, good people to work with

      Cons

      i work remote and do not fit into the Novatel levels of employment, so performance reviews are a little hard.

      A lot of petty managers, no chance to move up or takes way too long. Good starting pay, but nothing after that.
