I loved working at NovaStar. Great environment to work in. I had so much fun and enjoyed my job.
Cons
The mortgage industry took at downturn and people were laid off. That was not a fun time. The company downsized. I worked long hours, that's normal for when the mortgage industry is busy. That would be more challenging now that I have 2 small children. That's why I took off a few stars for work/life balance.
