Pros
- Great people - You learn a lot by being on your own. - You will end up learning a lot and will also learn how to micro-manage your own work after being forced on the graveyard shift for almost a year. That's If management isn't or hasn't already asked you to come into her/his office to tell you what you did wrong. Even though they are never there. Ever. - You will learn how to sift through meta-data and become. one with the network. This place is a. great stepping stone to other places.
Cons
- If you have other options, take them. If this is your first time working as an information analyst then make sure you follow the SLA as best you can, to a TEE. Survive. Other than that I really have nothing bad to say about this place, I am grateful. Just make sure you have something else lined up within about 6-9 months, turnover is insane. While I was there, I saw about 6-10 people either leave or get replaced.
