Very friendly staff! I felt welcome being there, there were extra events they would have on that they didn't have to do like secret santa, fuddles, games, nights out etc. that were a nice break from the job and meant you had opportunities to get to know each other. I felt free to vent about work when it was stressful openly. Knowledge that I picked up here about credit is still useful to my life today. Bonus scheme and good career oppotunites; you were definitely rewarded for meeting targets and for hard work here. Not 9-5 Mon-Fri so good for doing stuff outside of work off-peak.

Pay was not ideal but also entry-level so is to be expected. Auto-dial system was stressful, especially when it auto-dialled outbound as their details only popped up when they answered (so you have to quickly read their name and why you're calling them) They seemed to prioritise quantity over quality. Lots of monitoring of time spent on breaks (but also fair since some people can take advantage)
