Pros

I get a pay check

Cons

benefits don't cover anything deductibles are too high pay is too low and you only care about new grads. You bring them here with pay close to experienced RNs and $10K bonus and most they are gone after their bonus is paid leaving loyal experience poorly paid RNs to pick up the slack without any reward.

Pros

Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

Cons

sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
