      Pros

      Competitive salary and bonus potential for residential management, benefits are typical among companies I've encountered. Managers enjoy a large degree of autonomy.

      Cons

      Incompetence is tolerated; rather than penalizing managers who habitually mess up, everyone receives lectures at management meetings. I left when I was asked to take actions that I found unethical.

      treated fairly,good benefits, pay was ok.

      Cons

      when they are done with you no reason why they get rid of you ,other than position was eliminated.
