Working here was a great opportunity. Generally relaxed work atmosphere while still being productive. The hours were flexible. Production changes were done in a collaborative fashion.

Management doesn’t always have the time to follow through on positive initiatives quickly.

Honestly none to speak of

-Cult-of-personality -Constantly being talked down to -Constant gas lighting -All the tools are dull/broken and get re-organized every two weeks -No detail drawings (despite being and engineering company) -No clear expectations or planning (long term or short term -No job security -Zero respect or accountability -Job titles mean nothing -No regular hours or clear working hours -On the first day the CEO might take you into a separate building and try to convince you that he should really only pay you for 8 hours when you work 9 -My first month of this job I was forced to work 3 saturdays. CEO had nothing in particular planned for me to do. Just thought I should be working -Regular half-assed (or whole assed) threats of firing -Emotionally unstable CEO -Significantly mentally damaging working here -This place is slightly better than being homeless
