- Forced RTO, without any exceptions (some employees live outside a 60-mile radius and are expected to commute) - Tone deaf leadership - make decisions without input from employees or do the opposite of input from employees - Disorganized strategy from global leadership team + global HR leadership, especially with regard to parent company - Low pay and extremely reluctant to promote and give raises - No regard for work-life balance, especially from parent company - Lack of transparency from leadership
