      Cons

      You most definitely need some health insurance experience for the majority of the open position, on board training could have focused more on the actual position you were hired for.

      The comp is reasonably good.

      Cons

      The company culture is strange. Drama at every turn, this company is a revolving door of employees with people constantly quitting, being fired or RIF-ed. The work environment is toxic.
