      Novocure has a very promising future. The company has continuously shown improvement from the top down. Senior leadership has repeatedly added quality talent and understood what changes need to be made in order to steer the company in the right direction.

      Cons

      Some departments are still siloed, but management is moving towards solving this issue.

      The comp is reasonably good.

      Cons

      The company culture is strange. Drama at every turn, this company is a revolving door of employees with people constantly quitting, being fired or RIF-ed. The work environment is toxic.
