One of the largest, yet small feeling companies I have ever worked for. Turn-over is low for a reason. Very fair compensation and communication from the top down is stellar. They value their employees! Safety is their top priority.

good experience, got to learn a lot
Cons
no return offer, none of interns got return offer for full time
Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
