      Pros

      Overall, the workplace culture at Novoloop is good. As it is a start-up, you get the opportunity to explore many different projects and wear multiple hats. The company is small and everyone is willing to work together towards a common goal. I personally enjoy this aspect, as it really allows for creativity and collaboration between teams and individuals.
